Stainless steel shelf manufacturing process manual

Stainless steel shelf manufacturing process manual
1 manufacturing environment
1.1 the manufacturing of stainless steel shelves and pressure parts must have an independent and closed production workshop or special site, which shall not be mixed with ferrous metal products or other products. If stainless steel shelves are attached with carbon steel parts, the manufacturing site of carbon steel parts shall be separated from the stainless steel manufacturing site.
1.2 in order to prevent the pollution of iron ions and other harmful impurities, the production site of stainless steel shelves must be kept clean and dry, the ground must be paved with rubber or wooden backing plates, and the stacking of semi-finished and finished parts must be equipped with wooden stacking racks.
1.3 in the production process of stainless steel shelves, special roller frames (such as rubber lined roller or wrapped with tape, cloth strip, etc.), lifting clamps and other process equipment shall be used. The cable for lifting containers or parts should be made of rope or metal cable armored with flexible materials (such as rubber, plastic, etc.). Personnel entering the production site shall wear work shoes with sharp foreign matters such as nails on the soles.
1.4 in the process of turnover and transportation, stainless steel materials or parts shall be equipped with necessary transport tools to prevent iron ion pollution and scratch.
1.5 the surface treatment of stainless steel shelves should be independent and equipped with necessary environmental protection measures (away from painting).
2 materials
2.1 the materials for manufacturing stainless steel shelves shall be free of delamination, cracks, scabs and other defects on the surface, and the materials supplied by pickling shall be free of scale and over pickling.
2.2 stainless steel materials shall have clear storage marks, which shall be stored separately according to the brand, specification and furnace batch number. They shall not be mixed with carbon steel, and they shall walk on the stainless steel plate under the condition of having to take protective measures. The material marks shall be written with chlorine free and sulfur free marker pen, and shall not be written with contaminated materials such as paint, and shall not be stamped on the surface of materials.
2.3 when lifting the steel plate, appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent deformation of the steel plate. The protective means of sheath shall be considered for the ropes and rigging used for lifting to avoid damage to the material surface.
3 processing and welding
3.1 when the template is used for marking, the template shall be made of materials that will not pollute the surface of stainless steel (such as galvanized iron sheet and stainless steel plate).
3.2 marking shall be carried out on clean wood board or smooth platform. It is strictly forbidden to use steel needle to mark or punch the surface of stainless steel materials that cannot be removed during processing.
3.3 when cutting, stainless steel raw materials should be moved to a special site and cut by plasma cutting or mechanical cutting. If the plate is to be cut or perforated by plasma cutting and needs to be welded after cutting, the oxide at the cutting edge should be removed to expose the metallic luster. When using the mechanical cutting method, the machine tool should be cleaned before cutting. In order to prevent the surface scratch of the plate, the presser foot should be covered with rubber and other soft materials. It is forbidden to cut directly on the stainless steel stack.
3.4 there should be no crack, indentation, tear and other phenomena at the shear and edge of the plate.
3.5 the cut materials shall be stacked on the underframe in order to be lifted together with the underframe. Rubber, wood, blanket and other soft materials shall be padded between the plates to prevent surface damage.
3.6 round steel and pipe can be cut by lathe, saw blade or grinding wheel cutting machine. If welding is needed, the grinding wheel residue and burr at the cutting edge must be removed.
3.7 when cutting the stainless steel plate, if it is necessary to walk on the surface of the stainless steel, the cutting personnel should put on shoes to work on the stainless steel. After cutting, the front and back sides of the steel plate should be wrapped with kraft paper. Before rolling, the rolling machine should carry out mechanical cleaning, and the surface of the shaft should be cleaned with detergent.
3.8 when machining stainless steel parts, water-based emulsion is generally used as coolant
3.9 in the process of shell assembly, the wedge iron, base plate and other tools temporarily required to contact with the shell surface shall be made of stainless steel materials suitable for the shell.
3.10 strong assembly of stainless steel shelves is strictly prohibited. Tools that may cause iron ion pollution shall not be used during assembly. During assembly, surface mechanical damage and splashes must be strictly controlled. The opening of the vessel shall be made by plasma or mechanical cutting.
3.11 in the welding process, carbon steel is not allowed to be used as the ground wire clamp. The ground wire clamp shall be fastened on the workpiece, and spot welding is prohibited.
3.12 the welding of stainless steel shelf shall be in strict accordance with the welding process specification, and the temperature between weld passes shall be strictly controlled02
