A1: Different grades of stainless steel differ in chemical composition, and results in different application. Please see the chart below.

Grade 201: Lower corrosion resistance and strength, use to produce a range of household appliances, including sinks,cooking utensils

Grade 304:Good corrosion resistance and strength, widely used for household and industrial applications, such as machinery, food and medical industry
